Delivery Policy

1. Service Activation

Cloud services are provisioned automatically upon account creation and configuration. Compute instances are typically available within 30-60 seconds. Storage volumes attach instantly. Network configurations apply within 60 seconds.

2. Direct Connect

Direct Connect circuits are delivered within 15-30 business days from order confirmation, subject to fiber availability at your premises. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

3. Bare Metal Servers

Bare metal servers are provisioned within 2-5 business days. Custom configurations may require additional time. You will receive notification when the server is ready for OS installation.

4. Backup Services

Backup services are activated within 15 minutes of configuration. Initial backup schedules begin at the next scheduled interval. Full recovery from backup is typically completed within 4 hours for standard volumes.

5. Support Response Times

Support response times vary by tier: Basic (8 business hours), Developer (4 business hours), Business (1 hour for critical issues), Enterprise (15 minutes for critical issues).

6. Maintenance Windows

Planned maintenance is scheduled during announced windows with minimum 7 days notice. Emergency maintenance is performed as needed with best-effort notification. No maintenance is performed during business hours without customer consent.
