How do I get started with Pico Public Cloud?

What regions are available?
We currently operate two data center regions in Bangladesh: Kaliakair (Gazipur) and Jashore. Cross-region replication and DR are supported.
How is support handled?
We offer four support tiers: Basic (free, community), Developer (BDT 5,000/mo), Business (BDT 15,000/mo), and Enterprise (BDT 45,000/mo with dedicated TAM).
Can I migrate existing workloads to Pico Public Cloud?
Yes. Our solutions team can assist with migration planning, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and hybrid cloud setups. Contact sales for a free architecture review.
What is the SLA for uptime?
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for compute instances and 99.999% for object storage. SLA credits apply for breaches.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Customers spending over BDT 50,000/month qualify for custom pricing. Reserved instances (1-year and 3-year) will offer 30-45% savings.
How do I connect my existing network?
Use Direct Connect for dedicated private connectivity (1 Gbps or 10 Gbps) or VPN Gateway for encrypted IPsec tunnels.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. We provide KMS for customer-managed keys (AES-256, RSA-4096, ECDSA), with FIPS 140-2 Level 3 HSM support. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
