Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pico Public Cloud services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

Pico Public Cloud provides cloud computing infrastructure including compute instances, storage, networking, security services, and related solutions as described on our website and documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activities that occur under your account; (c) ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws; (d) securing your application data and configurations.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for: (a) illegal activity; (b) distributing malware or harmful code; (c) network attacks or unauthorized access attempts; (d) hosting prohibited content as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service Level Agreement

Pico Public Cloud guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for compute and 99.999% for object storage. SLA credits are provided for breaches as detailed in the Service Level Agreement document.

6. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in arrears. All prices are in BDT and exclude applicable taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days past due.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pico Public Cloud's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Pico Public Cloud may terminate immediately for breach of terms or prohibited use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
