Refund Policy

1. Pay-as-you-go Services
Pay-as-you-go services are billed based on actual usage. Unused service time is not refundable. You may terminate any service at any time, and billing will cease immediately.
2. Prepaid Credits
Prepaid credits (trial credit, promotional credit) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits expire according to the terms of the promotion.
3. Reserved Instances
Reserved instance commitments are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the reserved capacity. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
4. SLA Credits
Service credits for SLA breaches are applied to your account within 30 days of the verified breach. SLA credits do not result in cash refunds.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 60 days of the billing date. Verified errors will be corrected within 15 business days.
